Individual Psychological Therapy

Siew provides therapy to adults. She enjoys working with individuals who struggle with a range of issues, including but not limited to:

  • Mood and anxiety difficulties (e.g., depression, anxiety disorders, excessive worry, panic attacks)

  • Managing emotions

  • Unhelpful relationship patterns or relationship difficulties 

  • Difficulties relating to sexuality and gender identity

  • Perfectionism and burnout

  • Poor body image

  • Low self-esteem, self-criticism

  • Attachment trauma or unmet needs in childhood

  • Adjustment to new life stages and changes

  • Finding meaning and direction

She individualises each therapy plan to her clients' unique needs and life experiences.

Supervision and Education

Siew immensely enjoys providing supervision and education. She has held teaching/supervision roles with a number of institutions including The University of Melbourne and SingHealth hospitals and polyclinics. She currently provides individual and group supervision to psychologists, counsellors, and social workers in community services, tertiary educational institutions, and private practice. She also regularly provides training workshops to primary healthcare professionals (i.e., medical, nursing, and allied health professionals) and educational talks to the public, on mental health-related topics.

Corporate Services

Siew is experienced in providing support to working professionals in tech, legal, banking, consulting, and entertainment industries (e.g., via Employee Assistance Programs). She has delivered corporate workshops on a range of topics, customised to the unique needs of each organisation.
